8 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, you must wager 25 times the total (deposit + bonus) amount. Until this condition is met, withdrawal from the bonus balance will not be possible.

• After claiming a bonus, the deposited amount is also not withdrawable until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Only one welcome bonus is accepted per phone number or payment method.
• In cases of bonus abuse, 4k999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

9 VIP Cashback and Other Promotions

4k999's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.8% cashback per week.

10 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account closure:

• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial bets or manipulating play to obtain a bonus.
• Attempting to circumvent bonus conditions as a group.
• Obtaining promotional benefits by providing false information.

11 Game Rules

Each game and betting product on 4k999 operates under its own rules. It is entirely the user's responsibility to read and understand the rules of the relevant game. In the event of a technical fault or disruption, 4k999 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return the staked amount.

12 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

The following rules apply to cricket, football, and other sports betting:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the staked amount is generally returned.
• Changes or cancellations to a bet are not accepted once the result has been confirmed.
• Payout on bets in matches suspected of manipulation may be withheld.
• Maximum bet limits may apply for all tournaments including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup.

13 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalty:

• Participating in match fixing or rigging.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to introduce harmful software or viruses into the platform.
